Return & Exchange

If you’re looking to return your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! You can return your items within 14 days of receiving your purchase. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method.

Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges, you have to return your order, get a refund an reorder your replacement.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

• Underwear and bodysuits cannot be returned due to hygienic reasons.
• Refunds of sale\discounted orders are always issued to store credit (unless item is faulty or incorrectly sent).
• Returned items must have all tags still on.
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

• Send us an Email to info@smcostumes.com within 14 days of receiving the package, letting us know what you would like to return.
• Book your shipping label independently and address it to:                      Shira Manor (sm costumes), Rupprechtstrs. 2, 10317 Berlin Germany
• Once I receive the package I will issue a refund to the original payment method in up to 2-4 business days. 
• After the return is processed it may take 5 to 7 business days for the refund to show on your payment card statement

• Any cost for return shipping is on you.                  
• We are not responsible for any lost or damaged returns.
