How do I make a return/exchange?
Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges, you have to return your order, get a refund an reorder you replacement.
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
- Send us an Email to info@smcostumes.com within 14 days of receiving the package, letting us know what you would like to return.
- Book your shipping label independently and address it to: Shira Manor (sm costumes), Rupprechtstrs. 2, 10317 Berlin Germany
- Once I receive the package I will issue a refund to the original payment method in up to 2-4 business days.
- After the return is processed it may take 5 to 7 business days for the refund to show on your payment card statement
