All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

We appreciate your pertinence with delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of your control.

International delivery may be subjected to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. SMcostumes is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Rupprechtstr. 2 10317 Berlin, Germany. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are 10:00-18:00 on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

How do I track my order?

1. Login to your SMcostumes account.

2. Click Track My Shipment next to the order status.
3. If you don't see Track My Shipment, your order is still processing!

* Opt in to live tracking information via text message from your shipping confirmation email.
